ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME –We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to handle any paperwork (if you are a first time client) and prepare for your experience.


REFUNDS – We DO NOT OFFER refunds, exchanges, or credit on services including gift certificates, series, retail – ALL SALES FINAL


GRATUITIES –Gratuities are not included in any service and may be given at your discretion.


RESERVATIONS –Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Please call in advance to assure availability. Please review our cancellation policy below.


LATE ARRIVALS –We regret that late arrivals may not receive all scheduled services; you may be responsible for full service fees or be required to reschedule.


CANCELLATION –We request the courtesy of a 48-hour cancellation notice for all beauty bar services. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full service price. Failure to follow cancellation procedures will result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation fee.


KERITAN / EXTENSIONS – Require deposit of $150 to secure appointment. 1 week cancellation required.


CHILDREN –Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit. Only children being serviced are allowed in the salon studio. Ask about our Mommy Mondays.
